Had them change the oil in my wife's Equinox - $107 for a 5 quart oil change!! Not only are they over priced but I had to take the car back to have them remove oil. I always check the dip stick after a change & they had added too much. It's obvious that they don't check! From what I could see as they drained the excess it looked like a quart too much. I will never go back.

Put synthetic oil in my car without telling me then charges $90. Manager tried to make it seem all dealerships put synthetic oil in cars which is not true. Avoid this place

This is not a shot at the employees, but more for whomever manages/owns the place. Beware if you have a foreign vehicle. Tried to get pads and rotors on my Audi only to be told they don't have the tool to unlock Audi's brakes. Your sign out front says "monro muffler brakes" lol, if you're going to label yourself a brake shop then an Audi shouldn't be an issue.The final straw was when they told my wife they couldn't replace her windshield wipers because she also has an Audi. The place right across the street (more than just tires) were more than helpful with both the brakes and wipers!
