First time shooting here and what an amazing range. We drove 40 minutes just to use it. It's very well kept and maintained. Mon-Sati it's 8am till sundown now be aware that changes with the season so it can be 9pm in the summer and 5pm or earlier in the winter. During Sundays it's 12pm till sundown. The game warden does come around and inspect licenses or range permits so make sure you have one in person and it's current. This range is very much ran as a big boy range. You won't have someone holding your hand showing you how to behave properly. READ the rules before you start shooting. They're posted at each range and also on the website. We'll definitely be back to keep utilizing this facility.

Been going here several years now. Just make sure you have a range permit or hunting license on hand in case the game warden rolls up. A lot of times I've seen someone pull in in a random pick up, park, never get out, and leave. It's probably the game warden I'd suspect. $35 range fee for a year long permit. Only downside is theres a limit of 6 rounds in the magazine at any time. Pretty stupid and done for no apparent reason but it's what it is.

***UPDATE 2/17/21*** Per Game Commission Officer - Sunset = Phone sunset time (VERY STRICT) - Rifle Magazine Capacity = 6 - 200/300 range is considered separate from 50/100 and can be ran independently. [Pistol Range] Monday-Saturday (8am-Sunset) and Sunday (Noon-Sunset). Haven’t been here in years, but the newer roofs and concrete floors are super nice! Only used the pistol range. Range does look like 10, 25, and 50 yards. ***Pistol range entrance road is located down the road to the right of the rifle range***

We enjoy this place as well although at times they can get a little crowded. Same as the game lands in Dillsburg. I find that people that are avid shooters and anywhere in between are some of the finest people you will come across. Great time here as well.
