Went online first to see if they had what I needed and they did and it tells you exactly what aisle and what section it is and what Shelf and it's very helpful it's a lot easier doing it that way then trying to find someone to help you find what you need it was quick and painless

I had a similar situation standing at the lumber saw station. I found 3 different associates and asked them to page for someone to cut my lumber. After 20 min I called the store and talked to customer service and she said the saw is out of order!! Cool, so you heard the 3-4 overhead pages and didn't send someone back to tell me. Also none of the employees I talked to even knew it was out of service.
Ask them, my guess is that they no longer carry a large inventory.

Yes lowes have the 12in w masonite interior and exterior siding you can call in to that location to make sure how much they have
