I wanted to leave a review because I think it's important for car buyers to remember how dealerships behave when there is a shortage. I called in about a Tucson Hybrid because I saw it was available online from this dealership. I actually had ordered my tucson locally at the time, but it wasn't coming so that is why I was looking elsewhere for available ones. Friendship did have the car available and even sent me final pricing on it before i got off the phone. I spoke with Melissa during the whole exchange. I was just letting my husband know and we were going to reserve it, until I called back and they told me there was an out-of-state fee for the car. Mind, Melissa actually told me over the phone that she had another manager look over the pricing before she sent me what she did. Obviously, I was furious. I asked to talk to the manager, but of course they ignored me throughout the day. Even though I am out of state, doesn't mean I am less of a customer. Please remember this if you are out of state customer.

My experience was wonderful. I was here twice looking for a hybrid. They have been very helpful. I have spoken with Melissa on several occasions and she was very sweet. She let me know when a hybrid came in. I called the next day to be sure the vehicle would be in before I drove 2 hours to purchase it, Dallas called me back to make sure I knew it was a white vehicle before I drove that far, since I had mentioned I didn’t want white. Once I was at the dealership, again I was treated very kindly and Dallas checked on me and offered me something to drink and kept me informed during the whole process. Without a doubt I would drive 2 hours again to purchase another vehicle here rather than 15 minutes to my local Hyundai dealer who doesn’t seem to be as attentive at the Princeton group.

I just want to THANK YOU sooooo much for the great experience and service we received on our Tuscon . While traveling back to Cleveland from Charlotte the air conditioner in the vehicle was not functioning properly making the inside very uncomfortable.While stopping for gas noticed a Hyundai dealership across the street. Took a chance and stopped in. Was greeted by the friendliest woman I believe Cheryl-Ann said they only had two mechanics but would be happy to take a look. A quick 1 1/2 hr later we were on our way in cool comfort made the next 5 1/2 hrs enjoyable. Would recommend this dealership for great service with a smile

I believe so! Also here is a tip!! If you get any work done, ask if they can cut u a break, as in discount. I can say that from my experience in the past, that they gave me 10% off my final bill which came to nearly 200$, so it was definitely worth it. If you don't ask, you won't get it!
