I would not recommend the service department at all. Camper was there for almost two weeks for warranty work and never got done. Finally after multiple calls they left the parts in the camper, so I could do the repairs myself.

Worst deal I’ve ever been involved in. Run away ,do not purchase RV here! Took our money in a matter of minutes .30 days later after numerous phone calls we had finally had enough, rv was still not ready to go .every time we called we would get the run around always sending us back to the same people who weren’t doing a thing. We paid extra for the Exterior shield + microbe repel. $1,590 this was never done. Asked for a refund ,again no one would talk to us.two this day we still haven’t got a holding tank that they where suppose to order. Will never go here again will go outta state before buying here. Advise you to do the same Harry lamson

Purchased momentum 25g last year when it was Country Camper in VT. Sales experience was great, I have no issues with that department. The service/ customer service department, is without doubt, the single worst experience I have had purchasing a large ticket item. I had problems with the camper right away. Little things at first, trim pieces, valves, leaking. Minor items but for 50K I expected a little better quality. I contacted them but they never responded. Things didn't start to get ugly until the element in the water heater shorted out and electrified the entire frame of the camper. I called again, emailed, called a different department, called epson location, all were unsuccessful. Next the water pump failed. Grand design has also been impossible to get in touch with. Customer service will not call you back, nor will they respond to any email messages. I finally got in touch with a regional rep at Grand Design whom I am trying to work out a solution with. If you buy from this company, the sales experience will be ok, but do not expect any support whatsoever if you need serivce done. I am writing the whole experience off as a loss. Buyer beware...

Purchasing an RV here was super easy and the staff was helpful to find us what we were looking for. Got a good price, settled on terms, and scheduled to pick up the RV the following week. There were just a few things the maintenance team were suppose to do, yet when I arrived to pick up my RV and do a walk through not a single thing had been done. It was washed and on the pad for me, but I had to tow it over the maintenance shop and stand there watching while they then went through and fixed the items on the purchase list they were suppose to get done the whole week prior to ke showing up. Overall not a huge deal, but very unprofessional and not something I should've had to do. I will say that the manager was not impressed that the items were missed by his technician, but at the end of the day that just shows the manager isn't checking his guy's work always, which he shouldn't have to do but in today's world corners are being cut all too often. Overall, Great place to buy or trade an RV, just be cautious trying to get maintenance work done here. By cautious I mean keep on them to actually do it. 4.5/5 for the sales experience, and 3.5/5 for my initial maintenance experience.

I have lived in one there campers for a winter. We found you need to treat it as a regular home.heating tape, bury water line and keep your bathroom warm, sewer direct empty or use a trash can for toilet paper. It can freeze in tank easily. It's all about keeping it warm.we had a well built home to start with.

We do not offer rentals.

I’m wheelchair bound and own a Viking pop-up from before my disability. I’m looking for a ramp to allow me to get up to the door.
