Purchased a Camco Rhino tote 28 gallons in July of 2019. It stayed in the box until June of 2020. In the two years I used this tote it only amounted to about 15 times. I bought this tote because it appeared to be very robust. Was I ever WRONG!!!!! Purchased off of Amazon, I should have read the reviews PRIOR to purchase. But I didn't. Well Camco Rhino tanks are notorious for their wheels falling off WHILE LOADED. Mine came off, while loaded, the remaining wheel still attached broke as well under load, tank dropped to the ground and was punctured rendering it useless! Emailed Camco and they sent me a new tank thank goodness. They also changed the design of the wheels and how they attach which will work in the long run.

Recently had to place a warranty claim on a 36 gallon camper tote tank. The hose that had come with it was damaged when manufactured. I contacted Camco and spoke with Quincy. Quincy went above and beyond to take care of me. The main reason I continue to buy Camco products is the customer service! Thank you Quincy for such a speedy turnaround with my warranty claim.

Read. The. Reviews. They will not stand behind their products. Shipped us a tank cover missing the lid and screws. No big deal. It's 2 dollars on parts for a 60$ order. Well, they refused to fix it. So, we filed a fraud complaint with our credit card company. So, we got all our money back and a free tank cover. Could have just done the right thing and sent the parts... Now everyone will know what lazy weasels you are.

Good question ❓ you might have to call first get them to send you one first, I had a lot of issues with there products and warranty will avoid Camco at all costs now they lie to it's customers
If you leave it out in the warm sun a couple of days the PE material should relax back to flat.
I can not say, do not throw it into the water or where there is plant life.
Email company and they will resolve it. Great customer service
It means that the hose should not bend in such a way as to restrict the water flow!
