Ethan Helped me out and my things very easily simple and fast I was able to get in there pay exactly for what I needed and get out and on with my day and go use the truck with no problems at all I really appreciate the help in the customer service Ethan is a great u-haul employee.

Booked a 5x9 open air trailer. The two large gentleman at the front must have been famished or hungry although I noticed enough reserves on there body to last for weeks. They clearly didn't want to be there and their demeanor showed that. After hooking up the wrong trailer and blaming me and the gentleman outside who seamed to actually be working they asked me to go back outside and change trailers. The second time I didn't have to wait in line but the first I did even though it should have be serve one then the next. They moved at the pace molasses moves in winter. Then with customers waiting and people obviously upset with previous their previous experience waiting it was time to take a burrito break smothered in sauce. After all this is done 1 hour after I arrive I leave with my trailer. Then instead of returning it at 11:30 for their lackluster performance on the job im stuck with the same time like they didn't just take an hour. Also requested their policies in writing or where I could view them to which I was told there are none they can just make stuff up whenever. Definitely avoid this location until an attitude adjustment is made.

I’ve now been here for 2 hours trying to rent a trailer. The man we’re dealing with can’t see well enough to type in what needs to be typed in on the computer. He’s had to retype multiple things multiple times. For the love of god, please hire new employees.

If I could give a negative star review I would. The girl with the dreads…don’t care to know her name… is rude and unprofessional. I asked her details about the unit I was purchasing and she was extremely rude about it acting as if everything I was asking was dumb. She also let me make a reservation for a truck but failed to tell me it was card only and that cash requires a 100 deposit. She could have told me card only and I could have paid accordingly but she didn’t because she’s a rude inconsiderate person like most of the staff. There is bugs all in the INDOOR unit and it’s poorly ventilated and not kept clean or organized. They also close the units when the office closes which defeats the purpose of a access code and card. They keep it open all day while their open but if you don’t come between their office hours you won’t have any access. Worst storage unit in Greensboro and thank goodness I only need it for two weeks….I won’t be back extra space is much better and cleaner. I had to spray raid bombs in my unit just horrible never again.
