Had a great experience with Audi Raleigh from the moment I walked through the door "literately" greeted by Kevyn Garnett who was also walking in and immediately helped me with purchasing my A4. He was friendly and well versed with all the A-series that I was inquiring about. The entire staff from Kevyn, Tommie and staff gave impeccable service. Will be back to get a A5 when it's time for an upgrade.

Although I didn't leave with a car the day I arrived at Audi, Jerry the salesman, was a HUGE help. Aside from being super knowledgeable on the inventory, realistic about numbers and insightful on the process, he guided me with genuine intent in what can be done in the months ahead to help! Jerry went above and beyond to help me in less than 24 hrs. He was completely professional and respectful. Understanding I had toddlers present he provided peace of mind by personalizing his understanding with a short supportive story of his lovely family who went through similar situations! It was an absolute pleasure getting our E-Tron from Audi Raleigh. Jerry did a fantastic job of providing attentive, yet low-pressure service in making the best decision for our needs. He also followed through on securing assistance from a local electrician to install the necessary equipment for charging our new EV at home after the sale.
