In thc Carolina's, you must go to Dmv (department of motor vehicles) to complete the vehicle registration process. Completely different from California.

Yes! We perform all auto maintenance except body work
You would need to contact a commercial tow service to have it towed here. They service the cars here and do inspections but in order for emergency roadside to be dispatched for a tow the vehicle must have tags and plates.
Depends on which membership level you are. Basic membership only does 3 miles amd it will cost you $4/per mile after, plus membership covers up to 100 miles, and lastly premier covers 200 miles.
