I had set up a in person appointment with Alex Kantor to make the final payment on my cruise and increase my travel insurance on my trip. I arrived for my appointment I was advised Alex was out sick. This location never processed tsa precheck we allow the tsa rv mobile to be on property. There was a short pop up event in May but these services are not regularly offered here.

No. It's just an office for vacation planning, etc.
Yes I always get Euros when traveling overseas. They only take cash and if you get about $250 worth the delivery - service fee is waived. They also have great prepaid Visa cards where they will put any amount of $$ on them. You can use them as a debit or credit card and get Euros at ATMs overseas and NOT USE your own charge cards. Plus the account is visible online and you have a toll free phone number to call if it gets lost or stolen so you can get your $$ back.
I don't know about the digital version, but I used them to get the printed photo for my passport. Sorry.
