Whether ordering in person, or online, this location has yet to make what was ordered - swapping hot or cold, or halving the flavor pumps of the normal recipe, for no apparent reason. I hate when the Memorial Drive location is closed for the month of August. But good incentive to branch out from Starbucks!

Camille has been a hero for over two years. Today I went in sad and depressed again and I only told Janeen I was so sad about my financial status I feel like a failure. She did everything to make me feel better and then Camille brought my drink out to me. customer service for me isn’t about messing up my drinks But the love you put into what you do so even tho my drinks have been made wrong here before and I never cared because they all work so hard so I kept coming back ! This job is hard ! today they gave me such a reward ; empathy ! It was like a girl group and the universe allowed us 3 minutes of alone time just to say to me hey your a star and it will Be alright ! they had time to hear me. These types of employees are what the world needs. They are the exact representation of star bucks these women are phenomenal. It’s about their desire to be human ! I went for a pick me up and that’s what I got thank you Janeen and Camille I know I didn’t spell they names right so I will fix this later when I go back and read they name tags

Slow, unorganized, wrong coffee. Worst than 7/11 coffee

Just want to share an incident here, I recently went to the Center Square Starbucks and ordered a coffee Frappuccino. As I got back to my table, I spilled my coffee all over, the staff came immediately to clean the mess and helped me clean my phone which I ruined in the process replaced the drink without cost and I think that's just extremely nice and I want to praise them here. Thank you, Starbucks!!!

They were going Ellen didn't get her cookie poor baby wah wah .For like a full 10 minutes.They didn't like a 3 star review good! They are not going to like a one star review.And today the district manager called me . She said she believed me.I named names.She said that is not acceptable.I like Starbucks products but the baristas need to clean up their act.The Starbucks in Harvard Square is just as bad. Too be fair it does get busy at times but not at lunch time. Waiting for a cold cookie should not take 5 minutes. Wah wah if any of them get asked to leave.Cafe Nero has equally if not better food cheaper prices and superior baristas.Dont be bullied! Complain to corporate the next time you are bullied by Any store.
Not that I saw. Street parking which I believe needs to be paid for. I didn't see any lots near by.
It was recently renovated too. But yes, it is not the cleanest
