Antonio is amazing!!!! I was returning about 10 dresses when he asked which code went with what dress. My husband was with me and he was furious because I should have figured this out at home. Antonio was patient, unpackaged some items when I told him I made a mistake. The line was long but he only focused on me. I wish everyone provided this type of customer service. Thanks Antonio!

The Store Manager Anthony is top notch. I need to be completely fair in this review. I walked in first thing in the morning, I mean they had just opened, and I needed something Notorized. I usually go to my bank, (BankRI), and it's either free or a couple of dollars. I couldn't go to the bank because they weren't open as early as UPS and I needed to get this done before work Well, we're going through the process, and I find out its I believe 10 dollars at UPS to get something Notorized (I believe it was 10 dollars, this happened a few weeks ago, and I waited to write this review, because I wanted it to be based on facts and not emotions). Anyhow, I got a complete attitude with Anthony. I was completely 100% in the wrong. I treated this guy, who was just doing his job, like he had anything to do with corporate prices. Completely wrong of me. Meanwhile, Anthony stayed calm, cool, and collected. He still treated me like a gentleman, even though I was being rude to him. Before I left the store, I apologized, and we shook hands. I felt it necessary to write this review to show how great this store is run. I still think the price was out of line, but I will definitely return to do business at this establishment, due to the value that Anthony brings to the store. Sometimes you need to pay more to get good service. Thank you Anthony, for being the bigger person, and actually caring about your customers. I find that to be a rare thing these days. Especially at Corporate companies.

Great experience- had a unique situation and the store manager, Anthony, stepped in to help find a solution. He called to follow up to make sure everything went smoothly and even helped me send the package to another location when plans changed. He went above and beyond and absolutely did not have to. I know where to go in the future when I need to send anything- this is a well run operation from start to finish!
