What a terrible experience going to this place was. Not only was the staff unwelcoming but they denied me a free day pass because I don’t live here permanently and I was going to pay the daily rate. Very protective of your free day pass at the least busiest time of day 🤣🤣🤣 Hope denying me the free day pass was worth a one star review, loss of my $, and me telling everyone to avoid this place luke!

Bad customer service. Constant turnover and no clear communication on member policies. If you are going to work out during any regular time good luck getting any equipment or space. The place gets ridiculously over crowded. Promoted as a luxury gym environment but definitely is not.
