The annual fee is an account maintenance fee to provide our members with a Judgement Free fitness experience. Unlike monthly membership dues, the annual fee is not deferred during a membership freeze. Moving forward, the date by which you must pay your annual fee will revert back to its original date. Please contact your home club directly for any questions or concerns related to billing.

It's a pretty safe location with its own parking lot around a lot of public spaces. Keep your head on a swivel and pay attention to your surroundings and you'll be fine.

Thank you for reaching out! Regarding our age policies, members must be over the age of 13 to join or come as a Black Card member's guest! For members aged 13-17, the first time they come into the club, they must have a parent/guardian present to sign the membership agreement to keep in member’s file. Minors that sign up online must have a parent accompany them to sign their waiver at their first visit. Only minors 13-14 need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian at every visit!

A credit card and valid bank account. You can use either a bank account or a credit card to sign up. Then you have to have a bank account for recurring monthly charges. The initial membership is 10ish a month with I think a 40 dollar activation fee. You won't pay the activation fee right away. The membership allows you to go into the gym at any time but only one gym. It's whatever gym you decide. The upgraded membership is 20ish a month plus the activation fee and you can join anywhere and also go to any planet fitness. You can sign up online but you have to go into the gym to get your key card and free shirt. There's more details on their website. Also the initial membership can be canceled at any time, just make sure you do it before the recurring charge for the month. The upgraded one has to be kept for a year.

Shauntee the only way that you can cancel is by walking into the same location that you signed up with. If you are not able to go in person you can mail them a letter requesting for cancellation. The letter must be sent from the post office and it must be sent by certified mail. If you are not near the location that you signed up with you can go to your account online and transfer locations. After you transfer locations you can walk into the new location and tell them that you want to cancel. I hope this information has been helpful to you.
