A credit card and valid bank account. You can use either a bank account or a credit card to sign up. Then you have to have a bank account for recurring monthly charges. The initial membership is 10ish a month with I think a 40 dollar activation fee. You won't pay the activation fee right away. The membership allows you to go into the gym at any time but only one gym. It's whatever gym you decide. The upgraded membership is 20ish a month plus the activation fee and you can join anywhere and also go to any planet fitness. You can sign up online but you have to go into the gym to get your key card and free shirt. There's more details on their website. Also the initial membership can be canceled at any time, just make sure you do it before the recurring charge for the month. The upgraded one has to be kept for a year.
