I do not think they do, but if you want membership to just one location its only $10 / month. If you want access to all locations, and tanning booths and massage tables it is $20/month. Also every February there is a $40 membership fee. Its pretty reasonable compared to most gyms.

Planet fitness mayfair is a very good gym, I have been going to this gym for the past five years now. Good customer service they are very friendly and respectful.
