It’s taken me some time to be able to finally post this review. I wanted to say a very big thank you to Dr. Nye and all the staff at VCA. Our dog had unexpectedly came on with some major neurological issues, after seeing 2 previous vets the day before with no solutions or help I found VCA. Jennifer who answered the phone was so amazing I knew before even going we found the right place. They were able to get us in to meet with Dr.Nye that morning. Dr.Nye was very intelligent, honest and thorough with her thoughts on what was happening with our dog. I felt very comfortable leaving my best friend in her hands as he underwent an MRI and spinal tap. Here we are a few months later and our dog went from not even knowing who we were anymore, walking in circles and not eating for 5 days to now being fully recovered back to himself and even more spunky than he was before this neurological issue occurred. I’m very grateful our dogs life was able to be saved, thank you VCA!

The receptionist and triage tech were great evaluating Ralph after a dog fight. Dr. Tam explained everything, told me the risks and answered questions clearly. Ralph was sedated, his neck shaved to expose six punctures and damaged tissue, sutured, had a drain placed and heavy bandaging to keep him safe; all on Saturday night. I'm thrilled emergency vets exist. VCA Palm Beach has been great on every visit.

The worst customer service by far they don’t care about your pets but to make money. Marilyn has the worst attitude and very unprofessional she does not have any customer serivce. Rebecca does not have a clue about professionalism and is extremely rude. The only person that cares about your loved pets is the doctor either than that don’t waste your money and time here they are not worth a penny. Marilyn tells you a whole different price and laugh about it she should be working at McDonald’s nothing is funny about taking care of your loved ones. So if you love your pets go elsewhere.ZERO STARS
