They are very busy, however keep calling or go online to schedule an appointment.
Go to a private vet if you can afford it . Or try the pound if vaccine's are needed
I started going there in April when they first opened, the price was pretty good and very reasonable, they always give me a quote before they start a check up; unlike most vet clinic you get a shock afterward. My little dog gets a full blood work up (CBC, liver function, kidney.....etc) for $95; his heart was enlarged so his Xray was $95, everytime he gets his check up with Dr. Choi is $25, whether my dog was having a heart problem or all other issues, I also ask him to check his ear (so happen he has ear infection). his tooth was looking bad.... Dr Choi was very patient and check everything I was concerned about my little senior dog. I would recommend highly.
