I needed to make changes in my life so I reached out to Live Free. I was reluctant to go right away but they had a bed for me before I was even done with intake. Their staff consistently go way above and beyond to help and be there for me and others in this really difficult time. I couldn't ask for more. I have since moved from their 28 day program to IOP sober living. And I attribute much of my success to their amazing program and people I have been graced with. I very much recommend this program to anyone who is ready for to take the step to better their life!

I'm grateful to have gone through the program in Keene, NH and am now living in the house in Manchester. Live Free has changed my life tremendously. I can really say that I love my life today and I'm excited to continue on my journey of recovery with the friends and staff I've met here. I've found the spiritual path I've always been searching for and Live Free opened the door for me to uncover my self worth, potential, and purpose in life.

My experience at Live Free has been huge in my Recovery. I've learned how to be responsible, honest, trustworthy, and how be a great human being. This place shows me how to live a life of recovery that is healthy, and meaningful. I have a great support system. Live Free can help you , when there are times when you think non one is there. Live Free is the best!

Came to Live Free straight from a residential treatment facility. From day one the house mgmt was supportive. The other men here were able to help me get to meetings and learn a lot more about sobriety/recovery. This is my first real attempt at staying sober. I just celebrated 18 months. I stayed at Live Free for about 6 months then transferred to a place closer to my family. Had I gone straight home after rehab, i likely would not be writing this today. The program that they encourage and support, is frankly why I'm still alive and sober. I am grateful for what the guys at Live Free did for me.

Sober living is part of the curriculum of care for addiction treatment and should be attended after a residential treatment program, or as part of outpatient care. Sober living is an excellent because it allows the person to continue to reside in a more structured environment than if they go back home. This is also a great alternative if the individual does not have a supportive home environment to return to.
You should expect a more relaxed environment than when you were in the treatment setting, but there is still some structure provided as there are rules for staying in sober living homes. You are expected to attend therapy and maintain sobriety.
