Payton and her store crew are always eager to help ,assist to even walk you to the isle of items your looking for... the Petco crew in Lake Worth always greet you when you walk in.....I can't say enough.....to only say this is my go to dept store..

My dog was there last year 2021 and the final time he went was when they shaved off a skin and blamed it on my dog saying it was a skin issue. It was not and I always check my dogs before they go to their grooming because I get paranoid and rightfully so. I dropped him off no skin issues and he came back to me with skin cut off. The manager came said the same thing. I stopped going there. I go to wet kisses now and they are amazing and love their animals!!!!

I woke up this morning wanting a pet, like a bird but open to something cuddly too. Went to the nearest Petco in Lake Worth, Florida. The picture was what I saw the entire time at the store. The only employee ( manager ? ) pointed over his shoulder when I asked if they had birds. I had to go find him to ask questions. I asked if there was someone to speak to and help with purchase. After a long delay a woman helped a bit but I didn’t “feel it” so I left. No wonder why retail is suffering. I prefer shopping online but can’t buy a pet online. Drab experience, a few sleepy birds and no other animals to see besides mice waiting to be snakes dinner. Disappointed
