I stood at the counter for 7 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, The employees just looked at me like I was not there. I asked the manager if anyone was working the counter? Just gave me a flip answer. At this time there were 8 people waiting to be served. Very disappointed with this visit. 9 pm at night 9-15-22

Whoever the overnight staff is that works during 1:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. is refrying cold fries to make them hot again when the fries are actually burnt having been redipped in the fryer oil. I'm assuming this staff decided that it makes since to avoid dropping a fresh new bag of fries, and instead redip older fries that are lying in the fry pan. I ordered a McDouble and a small fry bundle and after having a bite, I tasted how the fries were totally disgusting. After I tasted them, the fries tasted like pure cooking oil, they were hard like potato chips and it looks to have been re-dipped in oil to make it seem as if they were freshly dropped when they were not. I do not recommend this location especially overnight during these times. One star for the lack of regard to providing a level of food service that lacks quality and taste. Disgusting is the exact word for my experience.

My order was short. Didn’t realize it until I got home. FRUSTRATING!!!!!
