Haven't been to the store in years decided to stop in really quickly because Ross didn't have what I was looking for. I selected three dresses to try on I approached a front desk clerk as there were no employees at all on the floor I had to grab my own dress down from the top of the rack and kindly asked if the fitting rooms were open this woman made no eye contact and with a cold, straight face not a smile in site said no there was no sign that said the fitting room was closed I was given no explanation and not even we apologize for the inconvenience. The saddest part is another customer overheard me and the front desk clerk speaking and she goes girl I shop here all the time and they never let anyone use the fitting room. Horrible experience overall do not recommend this place

Horrible experience to go for shopping. The AC doesn't work good, that place looks more like a sauna than a store. Honestly I think the ladies working there are doing the best but the conditions are inhumane.

Black Rose 2021

I am a plus size woman, so this is one of my favorite places to shop. But by me being black they assume that all black people always steal. So why would I come to shop if I don't have any money? I can window shop from outside. So I also purchase some sandals and upon wearing them for the first time I got a bad foot fungus that I have been dealing with it for about 2 weeks. Plus they hardly provide size 11 and if they do majority of the size 11 are ugly. So for now on I will only be shopping online from Rainbows.

I LOVE this clothing store, cute clothes, shoes and accessories and at all! At a reasonable price. BUT the Customer Service at this location... Let's just say that you don't "feel" welcomed unless you're from the same "familiar place" as the workers. Other than that, they are pretty nonchalant with the customers. Also, and this is not the fault of any worker, the return process is soooo 1998, 2001! Why are we still filling out postcard forms and having to "save receipts" for refunds and store credits!?!?!? Upgrade your ish Rainbow!
