This people are not caring or good at what they do, they are ok for basic needs, but if your dog is very sick and needs expert medical care go elsewhere, my 3 year old dog DIED under their care, DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR pets! All thy care is about the money! Money money ! $$$$ Heartless and unprofessional!

Found this guy in my front yard a week ago, dirty, thirsty, hungry & sick. Thanks to the folks at Banfield & my neighbors for their donation he's feeling much better. The staff is so caring & knowledgeable.

Stay away from Banfield!!! They misdiagnosed my 5-year-old dog with pneumonia when she had lung cancer. I showed 3 vets after and they could all tell right away! All they gave her was coughing pills and some antibiotics, while my poor dog's cancer spread throughout her whole body and I had to put her to sleep. If you love your pets, do NOT take them to Banfield!!!!! If I could I give 0 stars 8192 Wiles Rd Coral Springs
