The staff was so rude and had terrible customer service. The way they spoke to the patients was completely unacceptable. We will never go to this quest again. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Very unprofessional!!!!

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I had an appointment this morning, easy self checking, waited only 8 min, Nohemie was great - super friendly and fast! The facility is newly renovated and very clean. I'm definitely going to use them again next time I'm in need!

O.m.g....all 1 star reviews are on the money!!!! Rude....hot and packed w ppl.complaining....I heard 1 poor old lady complaining about waiting for 3hours!!!! With appointment on top of that...and the staff basically said "it's not there problem "..... Save yourself the time and don't even go here!!!!find a sister company like "Carespot"on 441 north of Sample rd.in the Homedepot shopping center!!!!👍

The kiosks to checking in is great but computer doesn’t replace people! If you have a question, nobody is available to answer it until they call you inside ! They have no customer service and I lost my appointment even being there 20min earlier because they could answer if I had my prescription in the system until I got inside! Also nurse was rude! Will never use this place again!
