Poor communication. I took my 15 year old trimmer in because I could not get it to start. Like the other reviewer said, the 2 stroke engine guy only comes in once a week. They threw a lot of parts at it and had me pick it up. The next weekend, when I tried to use it, it still would not start. I had to take it back in and they had to order a carburetor to put on it. That did fix the issue and it started when I tried it at the store. It was $209 for all of the repair costs and could have just gotten a new one for $216. I was stuck with paying the repair costs, but would have been much better off replacing my 15 year old Echo with a new one for a $7 difference and six weeks of waiting. Common sense should have been a phone call from the team telling me my options or that it wasn't worth the cost. My only hope is that it will continue to run for years to come and that will outweigh this unnecessary experience.

5 stars isn't enough... 10 stars is more like it! From the friendly and knowledgeable staff up front, to the service department that has helped me out countless times when in need of a quick repair, or going to bat for me with a manufacturer to assist in warranty claims, or purchasing new handheld equipment or mower(s), they are hands down the best place around. I have a small commercial lawn care business and am treated like royalty every time I visit. Quite honestly, it feels like a home away from home. I give them all of my business because they absolutely earned it. Even before 1 piece of equipment was purchased or serviced, I have always felt very welcome to browse and ask questions. Top to bottom, they are true professionals and get my top recommendations!
