I COULD NOT find out how to give this establishment a -Zero, but I will only say: DO NOT take your vehicle here. My 2022 Telluride, was serviced for an oil change and brakes. On this past Friday, I call the manager. to ask how much longer my Wife has to wait. He said 1 hour and she will be out of here. I didn't expect the service engine light would be on( due to them not resetting the oil change indication) and NOW the back brakes, which they replaced; are causing the whole vehicle to vibrate!! I called them Monday, and they stated maybe we can get you in on Tuesday. You cant be serious guys, "We will try to resolve the matter?" As, if we don't have the extended warranty, which we do!!! I would never have my technician's complete a service to a brand new vehicle, without inspection. This is Horrible Service and I ask everyone that reads this, either take your vehicle some where else, or demand that the service manager check your ride , before you drive off the LOT!!!

If I could give no stars I would ! I purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage in 2018 and purchased the extended warranty. After 144k miles my Kia now needs a new engine. After being told the dealership has new ownership, my warranty was never filed by the previous owners and now, even though I paid extra for the extended warranty and I have the paperwork, this dealership is unwilling to honor it! I have been passed around from person to person with no answers, no one willing to actually talk to me or return my phone calls. The so called General manager is a joke and has his employees fielding my calls … if you purchased a Kia from this dealership god help you if you ever need them for anything other than to smile , shake your hand, take your money and stab you in the back!!!

I have purchased several vehicles from Hutchinson for our fleet at work and have been extremely pleased with the level of customer service from this group. Never any pressure and they always respond quickly. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a vehicle- new or used!
