For rental assist on the screening process it takes 2/4 days & even longer for someone to call you back. & when u finally do & try to get all paperwork together they act especially Diana E Medina as if they don't want to help you. The crazy part they act like their in high school gossiping on who's calling especially the front desk receptionist Michelle instead of helping. I thought the family success on Sunrise & 31st was bad this one is the WORST!

What an experience the government has shafted us with. Today after arriving in the short window spand when you are even allowed to drop off applications and then sitting in my car in a line that wrapped around the building for 45mins, with the price of gas today. The door attendant taking the paperwork decided with her brightest sense of being a sufficient worker to instead of completing her task and taking the information from her last 2 cars that it made more sense to attend to those wanting to ask questions standing around than help us in the vehicles still waiting on her to take paperwork in less than 2mins to waist more gas as if looking for the government to assist you at a time like this means your time and patience with the system and how these locations conduct them selves is not important. Thank you for your Hurry up and wait attitude.
