Chicken looked old, as if it had gone cold but warmed back up in the deep fryer. Was dry as can be. But a big bonus was the cashier was nice.

Every time I visit this KFC they are out of something. I went there a few months back and they had no chicken. Today when I went they asked if I wanted crispy or original and I said crispy and they only had a couple pieces left.

I will not come back to this KFC location. When me and my family arrived to the front counter, both employees were using their cellphones. When they were finally knowledgeable about my presence we ordered. But one of our orders was their famous bowl and it contained no gravy as it was supposed to. I asked for gravy and the lady at the counter was giving me a hard time and said they would have to charge and soon started arguing with me and yelling in my face. One star serves this location right.

I think I am officially a regular here (mostly because I work next door) and I am so so happy to be because they have the best customer service and sweetest, smiliest, funniest staff you’ll ever meet. Also, if you haven’t tried Mountain Dew’s Sweet Lightening, do it; it is my new favorite drink.
