I would not recommend this business. The owner was very disrespectful and not understanding to the situation. I placed an order and there was a mix up on the store side. Nothing was done and I got no food that I paid for even when I had paid and had a receipt. The owner said and I quote if it doesn’t come across this screen I don’t make it. Well you don’t make the food anyways the employees do. This man has no clue what customer service is or should be. Please heed these warnings and do not patron this restaurant Thank you for your time

Kudos to this place. I had a little trouble getting through on the phone but when I eventually did the person that took my order was very friendly. Also very friendly when picking up my order. It was my first time at Charley's. I was very pleasantly surprised, I ordered the club and the Italian sub and they were both very delicious. I'll definitely go back
