Haven't had Krystal's in a while! Was totally worth the drive! Customer service lost this a star. She closed the window while I was talking to her twice lol French fries have changed too. Was disappointed...but not the Krystal burgers!

Drive-thru for lunch, they were fast friendly, service with a smile and best of all nothing was missing from my order. I just hate going to places and time after time something is forgotten.

Everyone is always super friendly and knowledgeable when I ask questions. I mean who knew they had bbq pork sandwiches! And that they are 🔥! I needed info and I Definitely recommend Krystal's for the next time you decide to go for fast food *Bonus* their breakfast is better than expected, that should be advertised more/better. The dining room is now open. The food was hot and fresh. We were served quickly. I told the employee that she made a pretty sundae. She said it was only her second day and the first one that she ever made. The interior and restrooms were reasonably clean.
