EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Mr. Egersheim was super healthful, knowledgeable and respectful. I went for help to file for survivors benefits after losing my husband a month ago and he was very patient with me and pleasant to deal with. I have been to other VA service organizations and have been treated horribly as if I was a bother. This gentleman was kind, not in a hurry, and obviously knows what he is doing. Visit him in New Braunfels TX!

when i was getting enrolled telecare help person told me there was about a year waiting list , around 1100 people infront of me to get signed in to your location. i was hoping yall could tell me better .

I had my provider on Landa Street-Dr. JULIE Rathburn submit an order. It was a quick enough response and attended a class at Audie Murphy. It was helpful. I no longer subscribe though. Good luck and get all the help available. Rey
