I really can't say enough great things about this gem of a place !! If you want old school customer service and beautiful palms THIS is your place !!! The owner is extremely down to earth, genuine and fair. I almost just want to go back for the conversation. We bought 4 palms from him, selected and tagged then ourselves. The crew that came out was super respectful and efficient. You really can't go wrong with this place !! We just love our palms and feel great about supporting such an awesome business. You will too !

We are repeat customers of The Palm House. Doug, the owner has always given us outstanding customer service. He rides us around in his golf cart to show us trees we request to see. He is very knowledgeable and has given us ideas for our landscape we didn't known about, loved and utilized. Alan and another employee came and installed our latest purchases. They worked extremely hard. Doug was even able to deliver and install two days ahead of schedule! We just love doing business with The Palm House.

Best place to buy trees! The manager Charlie was super friendly and a wealth of knowledge. CJ (I may have that name wrong) the delivery guy was Awesome! I wish I would have had more money to tip him. This place is well worth the drive for a great selection of beautiful native plants.
