Today I was refused shipment of Laptop via FedEx by a new employee that claims to be a Manager. His reasoning was they are not allowed to ship anything with a Battery. I pointed out that the Laptop was in original packaging with Battery inserted in Laptop and clearly marked with the Lithium Battery decal (pictured below). I told him I had shipped many laptops to my Corporate locations before and I am quite sure the package is compliant. He went on to point to his name tag stating he is the Manager. From my research this Manager needs additional training. Please help him clearly understand the rules so he can apply them correctly. I will contact FedEx as well.

Office Depot locations no longer refill ink cartridges. You are able to recycle them for a $2 credit on your rewards account however.
Yes they offer self service copying at this store. It was remodeled and rebranded last year, and is now an Office Depot.

By the way, this location was remodeled and rebranded as an Office Depot last summer. This location has some of the most knowledgeable and helpful staff I have encountered in this chain.
