There were some issues. On a positive note, food was very good overall...chicken parm and eggplant rolls w ricotta ...the eggplant dish was only listed on the website...could not find on menu at table and waiter had to confirm with the owner. This should be fixed However, to start the experience, we followed the hostess ... she just 'tossed' menus on the table, kept going, so never bothered to seat us properly. Not a good way to demonstrate hospitality. This was a special birthday dinner for my fiance and we have been to the restaurant before with no issues. The table was sticky and the floor under at least one side of our table appeared to be slippery ...but not an issue on the main floor at least. Really, clean the tables before guests are seated! Regular drinks were limited...no ginger ale or root beer for ex. End of meal no regular coffee available..only espresso and cappuccino No special comp birthday dessert but waiter nice and had lighted candle w dessert brought to our table More attention to detail would be a better overall experience.

I ordered a small vegie pizza for 17.99. The tomato sauce was watered down, the veggies were not cooked. When I moved the toppings back the dough was raw. I know they're not the owners of the 90s. So the Italian flavors are not there. Expensive! No ambiance. Wasted money! 41$ for a cup of pasta and a small pizza!

1st time there, Sat down, ok so No Complimentary Bread. Then no Soup or salad with dinner. Ok so I order Veal Parm dinner comes with Spaghetti. I ask for Garlic n Oil on Spaghetti, told no Can Do. It's to much work. Its Funny on their Shirt it says "Be Wise don't eat Franchise " well at All the Italian Franchises I've been too, it's Never been a Problem. So Manager was Nasty and said, if I do this for you, I must do for everyone. We got up and walked out, NEVER TO RETURN..!

Pizza was really good. Had a veal parm sandwich that was good as well. Had a cheesesteak and it was horrible. I have an Italian "sub" that just by looking at it, it's not gonna be too good.
