Joe is new to the clinic in the last year and has been a very welcome addition! He is kind and ready to listen to your concerns. He is not dismissive of issues you are facing and is always looking for options to improve your quality of life. He goes above and beyond for the care of his patients. We are lucky to have him in Birch Bay!

Very very bad experience and worst doctor for my family, especially for my dad. Our family went though hard & difficult time. When we went with our dad to see the Doctor at this clinic to see what he can recommend or at least tell us some words of encouragement, but no all did is he was just joking bout it.. 😢 Our dad has passed away.

Called today at 8.00am to get my mother in law for appointment. I am just shocked how busy Jessica is that the receptionist can not cater for elderly people. We are so unfortunate during Pandemic can’t even switch doctors. Never get help from Birch Bay family medicine . My friends doctors in Bellingham get immediate help and seems like birch bay is so full of appointments. The receptionist come on if you are in medical field got to understand medical condition of an elderly rather than being rude

This is a small community doctors office, it does take a few weeks to get in when you are new. When my appointment came around I waited a reasonable 15 minutes before being seen by the doctor (not an "our"). Do be sure you know the difference between Urgent Care and a normal doctor office because yeah, you are not getting in to see the doctor today. Dr. Embree was very pleasant and helpful as were the office staff who helped me immediately when I walked in. It is great to have this place be 20 miles closer than going all the way to Ferndale or Bellingham when you are feeling sick.

Because when you leave the bank of Point Robert's you go into Canadian waters then back to US waters. It is designed to keep smuggling from or to either country. You could check with your CG and US Coast Guard to see if there is away around it. But don't think so. Would make it harder to patrol.
We can understand your frustration. The fax number for BBFM is (360) 371-5857. It is also listed on our website: https://www.familycarenetwork.com/clinics/birch-bay-family-medicine. We would be happy to include it in our Google business listing if there was a place for it; currently only phone numbers can be listed.
Yes that depends what you are being seen for
