You know Kam has come a long ways. He cares about the drivers and he cares about the Dispatcher‘s as a driver if you call and talk to him about an issue or a problem Kam will always be the first one to be there to try and fix it and if he doesn’t do it like he said he would it is because he forgot he is a very busy man, he has fixed a lot of issues with the company that would be better towards the driver. And not only is he a good employer but he’s also a good friend to have on your side.

Encountered 2 of these trucks on the interstate in Idaho weaving in and out of the passing lane and had one of them try to change lanes while I was passing it and almost ran me completely off the road and then honked at me like I did something wrong.. Be careful around these trucks on the freeway they are dangerous in my opinion

On June 4 I'll be with them 5 years. We've had some growing pains for sure, but gotten through them with hard work. Last company I'll be with and already been out here 35 years. They treat you with respect and never micromanage unless your performance forced them to. If your a top hand, want top equipment and to be really respected it's the place to be! I would suggest everyone consider the good reviews here that seriously outnumber the critical. The stuff is nonsense spread by previously released employees spreading nonsense. That attitude is exactly why they were terminated. They do not play politics in office that's absolutely forbidden!
