I used Bid Buy to import our vehicle into the States during the pandemic. Due to the logistics, you need to fly down and then the car can be imported after you clear customs. Our flight was cancelled for one day, delayed the next, and then ended up arriving after Bid Buy was closed, late one Friday evening. Jayde and Frank were amazing through this process, as they were having to change their schedules to align with our flight arrival. Jayde was always accessible by phone to coordinate the ever changing logistics of the import, and was always accommodating. Frank went out of his way to bring our car across the border late one evening, which made our trip so much easier. I would recommend the Bid Buy team to anyone looking to import your vehicle.

Arrangements were laid out very clearly up front and followed to a "T" with no surprises. My vehicle was transported across the border to the Bellingham Airport, and I chartered the services of San Juan Airlines for myself and my dog and met the car there. Would do it again, but of course hopefully it won't continue to be necessary.
