Registration staff was cold. I won't opt to stay at this location again.

Omni is an expensive hotel for what you get. Rooms are big, but not great. Very noisy location with construction work all night. Bed quality ok, but not as good as a premier inn in the UK which is much cheaper. Wifi costs extra, parking is expensive, breakfast is expensive and not great. Bathroom is poor, shower was weak and the toliet loose from the wall. Room was also cold and heating controls did nothing.

The service at the hotel is okay. The room is big but old. Our shower is a a bit leaky but works overall okay. I was surprised there is no breakfast for weekdays, and for weekends the breakfast is either $14 cold or $28 hot, which is a bit overpriced. The gym is well equipped. The pool is a bit small and not look clean. The connection to the mall is great.

Stayed at the Omni Hotel with my wife and was absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the way we were treated during our stay. Me & My wife suspected the room we were staying in had bed bugs due to the reactions me and her had during our overnight stay. We took pictures of our bodies and of the sheets and reported it to management. When we reported it, I requested our cloths be cleaned to prevent further contamination. Cloths that I just bought my wife were destroyed and they didn't bother to cover the cost. What's even worse is that the room they sent us to had a wet carpet and smelled like mold. It took hours for us to receive our clothes back and management seemed more concerned with their reputation than the health and well-being of their customers. I requested a copy of the report since the hotel said they were going to Get one from an outside company checking To see if there were in fact bed bugs. Before I left they said I was going to get a copy, when I called the hotel after I had come back home they did not give me a copy and said they were not liable, Not only did I not get refunded for my stay or the clothes they destroyed, They took no accountability whatsoever and customer service Was at an all time low. I was very disgusted with how we were treated and manaalong with the lack of cleanliness Of the 2 rooms we were subjected to.

Yes you can. There's actually an indoor connection with a bridge that crosses the highway toward the cvs side of the mall.
I do not believe they have them in the rooms.
yes you can access through walkways and tunnel, so convenient, enjoy
We had one in ours, presume it's in all of them.
Don't know my best Hotel is Biltmore in Providence Rhode Island
Yes. Flemings has a nice bar area, as does Marcelino's. Both are very nice areas for cocktails.

Same here, had a mini fridge... However some hotels at times will accommodate, if they can, with a microwave. I'd give them a call.
I believe so, they should have a schedule in the gym, otherwise I think you can call ahead to ask
Not when i went & they overcharged my credit card, had a hard time speaking with there "customer service dept" & management.... There was a fire drill wen i stayed there, we had ordered rm service & just as they got2 our room the fire drill alarmed..we followed procedure & an hour n half later i returned to my rm called reception to report our food bein cold & untouched as it sat thereall the while we were outside.... 125$ they made me pay for 4untouched burgers n fries!!! Thats it 4 plain hamburgers& fries =125$ there & they were beyond rude & in the end i feel i was done wrong by them.
12 minute walk to The Vets, no free airport shuttle, although you can walk to the Providence train station and take the MBTA train to/from PVD airport. (Check the schedule though)
About 10 minutes apart.
Pretty much everything in the downtown is walking distance like Dunkin donuts center, water park, water fire, PPAC, ice skating rink, mall and the movies.
