This was very gross. My sheets were dirty, the lights didn't work. The bed was so uncomfortable. I couldn't stay here.

Called to book a room and got it booked. 4 hours later we found out roads were being closed as we were in south Florida due to the hurricane and would not be able to get there. Called back no answer several times. Called corporate and they tried twice same thing no answer. We could not cancel due to the poor management of this hotel for not answering our calls.and was billed. I will never stay at another one of these hotels again. They lost out. Management is non existent here. Horrible.

I reserved a king size bed room#133 my bed was a queen size there is an extra charge for a king from bugs on the floor to stained lamp shades and cigarette burns on the bedding to an out dated worn out mattress you can feel every spring in it to mold and dirty bathroom and carpet cleaning isn't a real big factor here
