Went to Pak-Ship on 9/8/22, fairly new to the area and have used these services several times now and have always had such a positive experience every time. Jenn and Heiddy are both friendly, prompt and consistently provide exceptional customer service. In a world where this seems to so often be lacking, these two are awesome! If you need passport photos taken don't go here. Very unkind and impatient. I understand that they are busy but they just took 1 photo so I couldn't pick from at least a few choices. When I didn't like it, they were like what's the big deal it's just a passport photo. I didn't want a mug shot on my 10 year passport. They didn't charge me (after we had words about it) but it was not a good experience. You are better off using an online service where you can get a photo you like.

We stopped in to get our passport photos and were greeted by both Heidi and Jennifer. Both ladies were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend A&J Pak-Ship. Thanks for the great service ladies.

I use A&J all the time, for shipping, notary, and for my passport. Everyone that works there are super nice and helpful. They take the time to help you with whatever you need. I never had a bad experience with anyone of the employees. I believe I met all of the employees but Most recently Jenn and Heioldy helped me with a return and something I needed notarized.
