Paul, the regional manager, was amazing. Back story: When I first went to Tint World, the former management, while appearing pleasant, set-up an appointment for an install on the weekend. I appeared and not only did anyone not show up, but I was not notified. I called back Monday and spoke with the regional manager, Paul, and said a management change had occurred and while they tried to contact everyone, I was missed. He apologize, gave me great service, set-up an appointment and did the install as planned. The guy who did my install was extremely pleasant and skilled as well. Overall, a very professional and pleasant experience. So while I had a rough beginning, they made up for it with fantastic customer service. I recommend Tint World at Palm Harbor without reservation.
