Are they even in business anymore? Since the pandemic the office staff has been less than helpful. I called to make a Dr apt and have my blood work script sent to another location that is free with my insurance. A month later and several left messages and nothing happened. I have been calling all week to schedule an apt with their lab since I’m now out of time and no one answers the phone or returns calls. The PA and DR are great, they listen to my concerns and make an action plan.

I have been going to this office for over a year now and each time its getting WORSE and WORSE. Front desk ladies are very rude and not welcoming whatsoever. No one answers phone calls. One time their systm crashed and every patient that walked in had to be rescheduled and they couldn't have cared less. They were send people on their way as if it was our issue. At the end of the day, a doctors office is a business and they suck at patient service. My pharmacy has been waiting on them to approve a refill for over a week!!! Which is why I am writing this review. I am over leaving messages and listening to a recorded voicemail message that doesnt help. I shouldn't have to BEG my doctors to do their job.
