Absolutely, all bikes are welcome. For safety, kick stands and chain covers should be remove. Bar ends should be covered. One of the volunteers can help if you have questions regarding safety. If your bike needs service usually Power Cycles BMX brings their mobile shop that is well stocked and equipped to do most services that you may require. www.usabmx.com is the website for the governing body.

Usually about $5 for practice, $10 for race. Orl bmx is open Tuesday from 6pm on till 9 or 10 (only practice) Thursday from 6pm to 9 or 10 (racing also available) and Saturday from 6pm to 9 or 10 (racing also available, depending on how many rider there are it could be a long night) Just ask when your there for Jess Brant or Jumpin Jess, (I'm only there on Saturday's) and id be happy to "walk" your kid through it, if I'm not there Kevin Caccavale is really good with everything bmx as well. Best of luck! The first night is always free, but you'll need a membership to continue riding, they are usually about $60
