We are about 1/3 the way through our building process with David Weekley and our experience has been great thus far. Having previously been through a new construction with another builder, David Weekley far surpasses our past experience. Grant our sales consultant and Rob our builder have been clear and concise on all details related to our build, possible delays and what’s to come. We look forward to our weekly updates and the opportunity to ask questions about any and all updates on our home. The David Weekley team’s customer service puts them a step above others!

I have had the unique experience of going through the searching, finding, and building of my home from a thousand miles away while my husband was deployed. Because of this when we started the journey of finding the home my husband and I wanted to build we were extremely stressed and worried of the ability to communicate effectively and have our needs met when we were not there to check on the status of our application, the site build of the home, or manage any other logistical thing in person that was needed and expected in the process of building a home. But despite the distance, we have had nothing but a stress reducing, positive, and exciting experience with every person we have worked with in the David Weekley organization. Grant has from day one been a ray of sunshine, a pleasure to work with, and someone who we feel we can truly rely on to give us honest updates, feedback, and answers. He has kept constant contact with us, making this stressful process not so stressful and made the experience exciting even from such a long distance. I also had a wonderful experience at the design center, they accommodated my husband being overseas during our appointment and the questions and curiosities we had before we even had our appointment. They were patient with our slow connection, our back and forth in decisions, gave helpful feedback when asked and truly made the experience seamless. I have also been very impressed with my building manager Jake, he is always honest, extremely hard working, and makes us feels confident we will have a beautiful house even though we can’t be there to see the whole process in person. For anyone who might find themselves in a situation like ours, I can say with utmost confidence you will be happy and impressed with not only the individuals who work for David Weekley, but the company as a whole. David Weekley has far exceeded our expectations and I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking to build in the area.

We have been looking for a home in Fl for over 10 years. It just never seemed like the right one. Then we found the Norchester built by David Weekley Homes and it was the perfect one for our family. I first spoke to Grant Richardson when I called for information about the home. He was so knowledgeable and accommodating with all of my questions. He was able to make a difficult decision of buying a home on a lot I had never seen into a no brainer with the utmost trust and confidence. He sent pictures and videos of the lot and assured me that we would be more than pleased with the location. Grant was quick to respond to my texts, emails, and voicemails. He continues to exceed my expectations while navigating me through the home building process. He had wonderful suggestions for when we went to the design center. We worked with Jackie Joos who assisted us with masterfully designing our dream home. She was so patient while showing us all of the many options offered by David Weekley. We didn’t feel rushed or pushed in any direction. She let us choose and would offer us her expert advice. It’s been a first class experience!

Our floor plans are not for sale. We thoughtfully select the right floor plan for each homesite as every homesite has particular characteristics and soil conditions that require engineering and attention to detail, affecting the suitability of a floor plan to the site itself.
You may make minor changes to floor plans. No foundation, exterior (front facade of home) or plumbing changes are available due to engineering, inspectors, etc. We do offer several exterior options for each of our floor plans. Some of our floor plans also include a variety of Flex Options, which allows you to choose how you want the space to be used based on your lifestyle and needs.
The construction of our homes is measured in 10 stages. Timeframes for each home can vary, depending on many factors, including material availability, weather, inspections and permitting.
