They won't deliver on their promises. I ordered a custom jacket back in November with a promise it would be done in 4-8 weeks. I asked if it could be assured to deliver at the end of December, which they said they could. Come December, and they fell back to the "8 weeks" which would have been early January - I was not happy and reminded them they promised it by the end of December. They then promised early January. Of course, they didn't deliver and then simply sent an e-mail that said, "We can't do it," and cancelled the order. I needed this for a specific photo shoot and told them that. Now I'm up against the deadline and I'm left without what I need. I've had to stay on them the entire time with no updates and nothing but broken promises. My advice - take your business elsewhere.

Made an appointment and they canceled. Then told me to come the following day but to wait for their call- never happened. The guy then rudely told me only online and if needed to take my business elsewhere. -correct the phone call your company stated they would make on Sunday, didn’t happen. Which is also unprofessional. Yes I am an AE at Yelp. Which is why my review is very much legit. Also proud owner of my clothing line. -Which is why I made the appointment. Yelp has nothing to do with this, but I see how you are trying to play it off as if that’s what I was coming for. -We do business with professionals. This mom and pop shop isn’t of interest. I needed leather jackets for my personal clothing line. I’ve also looked at your past responses to other customers. The amount of respect your staff has shows through and through. Best of luck.

Just picked up a custom order the other week. For the level of quality I'm not sure if you can beat the price anywhere. Will definitely come back in the future!
