Anne is simply exceptional! She could not have been more knowledgeable and comforting for a first time home buyer in a brand new city. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have received a recommendation for her services! She was on point throughout the whole process. Thank you Anne!

Anne is very knowledgeable in Chicago real estate, and it was a dream to have her on our team! I knew we were in good hands, and she helped make the buying process easy and enjoyable.

We weren't buying the million dollar condo, not even close but Anne Rossley sure did treat us like a million bucks. It's a difficult market and we had to look here and there all over town to find something that fit our budget in a part of town that we liked. Anne was always happy to show us one and another property until we found what we were looking for in Dearborn Park. And once the closing process began her team was great. We needed a quick closing and they pushed everything for us. I'm so happy we found Anne.

Dear Anne Rossley, Thank you so much for the outstanding work you have done in the selling of my condominium. As an out of state seller, your extensive experience and insight was extremely valuable to me. Thank you for managing the things you did in my absence until the sale and closing day. I feel confident in a referral of your real estate services to friends and family after my experience working with you. I regret that I did not have the time I would like to have had to meet with you at your office after the sale of the condominium as I had a very narrow return flight turnaround schedule. Thank you again for everything! Sincerely, Adrienne

No doubt everywhere you turn someone is talking about the housing market, and many people are asking the question: “should I buy a home right now?” It’s true that the real estate market is shifting away from the intensity we’ve seen over the past two years, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t a good time to buy a home or that prices will go down. Take a look at estimated home price appreciation over the next five years. It's from the Home Price Expectation Survey. Every quarter over one hundred housing market experts are surveyed on where they see prices going. They forecast just over nine percent appreciation for this year and healthy appreciation for the next four years after that. https://youtu.be/YXRJ94CdnQY So, if you’re looking to buy, you can confidently do so knowing that experts are projecting ongoing price appreciation. Once you buy a home, that appreciation will help you gain equity and build your wealth over time. And with more inventory comi

What do buyers need to know about getting a pre-approval? How important are they to the buying process?

Q: Why are Pre-Approvals so important? A: Getting pre-approved is the first step buyers should take when thinking about buying a home. Common practice for sellers and real estate agents is for buyers to have a mortgage pre-approval for the following reasons: - Lets sellers and seller’s agents know you have the borrowing power to back up your offer. - Helps secure the best deal possible during negotiations Your offer might be more competitive - Tells real estate agents that you are serious about purchasing. - Establish a lender relationship to get your team ready for your purchase. Q: Who should the buyer contact first, the real estate agent or mortgage lender? A: Either one may be contacted first. If you call a real estate agent, they will request a pre-approval and will have mortgage lender recommendations specific to your situation. See more: https://youtu.be/JjazLgAcYTA

Why should I get a home inspection?

Why an inspection is important? • Find out about problems before you are committed to the home purchase • Make sure the roof, HVAC system, and water heater are workiing. • Learn how to maintain the home • Plan for expenses and home improvements What to expect • 2-4 hours for the inspection which is delivered within 24-48 hours • Buyers should attend the inspection so they can explore their new home in detail and ask questions during the process. • Don’t be concerned with the number of defects listed on your report—many will be so minor you won’t bother fixing them. • Instead, pay attention to the severity of the home’s issues. Some problems can be deal-breakers.

Luxury home design trends for 2021 1. Multifunction Homes - big open spaces ... screens that can separate spaces temporarily or provide privacy 2. Home Office -Comfortable seating, lovely interiors, and full technology for staying in touch with the office and clients. 3. Zoom Stage - areas for zoom calls, with appropriately flattering lighting, backgrounds that are personal yet staged and lovely. 4. Laid Back living - warm colors, sculptured furniture, comfortable seating, and use of wood, metal, and earthy performance fabrics 5. Bringing the outdoors in and the indoors out-Nanawall doors-open the wall entirely! Also - keeping a similar design aesthetic between the outdoors and inside is the hot trend. 6. Making rooms- while this seems contrary to the first trend, homeowners want privacy and separate spaces today for doing different things -- exercise, office work, entertaining, and resting... https://youtu.be/PnkE1-YBlVk

What should we do to sell our homes quickly and at the highest price?

The quick BIG 7 steps for getting your home sold quickly and at the highest price: 1. CLEAN! cleaner than you have ever cleaned - like vaccuming air vents and baseboards, q-tips to the light switches. 2. GET RID OF SMELLS. Don't just cover them up - neutralize them! 3. Declutter and depersonalize. Make it ready for people to picture themselves in the home. 4. PAINT walls a neutral color 5. Brighten and lighten - amp up the wattage in your lightbulbs - and make sure the wattage is the same among matching light fixtures. Go all warm colors - not cool. 6. Organize closets and drawers. 7. Repair where needed -- no loose hinges or doors that stick! There are other things to consider, such as staging, or helping with curb appeal, but these 7 are the cheapest and biggest return on your investment!
