I would like to say that I was helped by Vade this afternoon and I felt so incredibly bad for the abuse she was dealing with by the awful customers around me. I was standing in line not even 60 seconds and the elderly man behind me - not giving me 6 ft of space - said over my shoulder - "are you in line?" Now I was obviously in line, but I said yes anyway, he then said, "well you should go up there or they will not know you are here." Which I replied - " I am going to wait until she is ready and calls me, she is fully aware that there is a line, and please give me some space." I saw Vade helping the front, and running to the drive through. If anything they were not staffed for the day, but that is not on her. In conclusion, Vade handled herself very well, better than I did. I'm in my 40's and I think it's very sad the lack of patience these older people have, and where do you need to be right now? Why are you in such a rush? He was literally there for no more than 3-4 minutes and he was huffing and puffing and hitting the counter. I even said to the elderly lady beside me, "sometimes you just need to be patient." Why do I need to tell this to someone who is much older than me??!? Be patient, and be kind to the person behind the counter. Learn some manners. You are not as important as you think you are.

The pharmacy staff was rude and basically ignored me. When the guy finally came to the window he just said DOB? I also asked the status of 2 other scripts and without even looking he said oh yeah it’s just hard to get I really can’t explain it! I moved my prescriptions there just for convenience since I’m always in that store however I have no choice but to move it back to Walgreens!

Horrible customer service by one particular employee! She was so rude & treated me like I was stupid! And it’s not the first time! This has happened to my husband several times from the same individual! No more! We will be switching pharmacies!

Jules and the folks at the Pharmacy always take care of me. Even though they were backed up the still managed to get my prescriptions filled. A+ Service.
