The room seem to have not been cleaned went to front desk the said they just cleaned it. The carpet wasn't swept the TV stand was sticky guess that's why they have a sign that says NO REFUNDS!

Room was filthy! When I complained they said housekeeping would clean it. They never did. I had to get supplies and clean myself. Drug addicts everywhere. The ones next to our room threatened to shoot my husband. Manager doesn’t care to fix any issues. Been coming here for years but this will be our families last time staying here!

This was the absolute worst experience I have had in my entire life with any hotel. Got the room keys and walked in at 310pm. The place was absolutely covered in trash. It looked like a hoarder had been living there for years. Clothes were still hung up, womens underwear was laying on the tv, there was McDonalds cups laying around. The bed had traces of bed bugs. This didnt stop at just my room, we had 3 other people staying here. Granted none were as bad as mine, but it looked like a crack den nonetheless. Microwaves were dirty, refrigerators were rusty, there was blood wiped on the bathroom door frame. I refused to even touch anything. We departed and stayed at another hotel down the street. This place should be condemned.
