I've had two appointments at this location. Appointments were on schedule and followed accordingly. No waiting around for extended periods. Efficient and friendly staff. Received my results fairly quickly. Definitely schedule an appointment. Do not be a walk-in. And you can cancel or change your appointment through the email containing the appointment confirmation. I am unbothered by there not being someone up front checking folks in. I think it's unnecessary. The system used for check in is super easy to use.

Very convenient to make appointment online, and great communications via emails and texts. The blood work techicians are the most experienced and professdaional compared with those at some other similar but non-Quest facilities. Patient portal is awesome, test reulsts turn around quickly and the reports are detailed, comprehensive, and graphic. Highly recommend!
