This group was recommended by my primary care doctor. To start it took nearly 2 months to get in for an intake appointment. Then the intake professional was late to the appointment, then minced a lot of my words and kept having to circle back on topics. Afterwords I never heard back about scheduling appointments. I followed up and they said they tried and left a voice-mail the day after, and I have no records of an incoming call or voice-mail. After emailing them they said someone would follow up to schedule and they still never followed up. So imagine my shock when I received a bill about 9 weeks after the intake for over $100 dollars (they claimed the 30 minute intake costs over $200 and my insurance didn't cover the full amount. Meanwhile my insurance should civer beyond the copay). Then about a week later I've started to receive phone calls following up on the bill. So glad they actually can communicate and follow up, but I guess they are only into communication for money. Needless to say I will not be paying for this seriously botched service and am seeking therapy elsewhere.

I was looking for a therapist for my 10 year old daughter. After speaking with someone, I was told that they would see what they could do to get her right in. They also told me the first 3 appts. were covered by our insurance. I "thought" we made an appt for 2 weeks later to talk to a therapist. Incorrect. It was not a therapist but rather an intake coordinator. After my daughter and I spoke with her, we were told that the therapist would be reaching out the next day. No one called. I left a message but heard nothing back. We went elsewhere. Over a month later a therapist calls me to schedule an appt. By this point, we found someone else. A month after that, I receive a $40 bill for the intake appointment. The intake appointment was useless since it took over a month for the therapist to actually call us to set up the appt. And we were told the first 3 visits were covered. Needless to say, I won't be paying that bill.

The only positive experience I've had was my therapist, Ashley. She's an absolute gem. Aspire matched me with her first try and I really appreciate her advice and commitment to her patients. She's been helpful 100% of the way and I highly recommend her. However, Aspire as a wellness practice itself is disorganized. I convinced my partner to sign up for therapy through Aspire and they were 0 help. At first they made him wait a few months before actually getting to speak with anyone, which was fine because he was patient and looking forward to receive help in a positive environment. He finally got in to see a therapist and she wasn't even licensed. She was an intern and told him straight up that she wouldn't be sticking with him throughout his therapy journey. Whats the point of that? There was no critical feedback and he felt he wasn't being heard. When he reported this to Aspire they attempted to set him up with a different therapist. He tried giving it a second chance but then that appointment was canceled and moved to a different date he couldn't take off. They called him constantly even though he said he was done with Aspire and no longer wants to be a patient there. They still call him for appointments. I've been trying to call Aspire for my own personal appointments but NOBODY answers the phones there. I leave messages but nobody calls me back.

I just started in November and by January my doctor just stopped showing up to the appointments. Before that he wouldn't put me on the medication I really need because it's the only thing that helps with my severe anxiety and panic attacks. I do not recommend

I don't know why you would feel that way my children and I have been going there for 3 years and they love their therapist. I unfortunately left from seeing mines because I had too much going on I couldn't keep up with my appointments. Maybe try requesting another therapist if you are not happy with the one you are with
